Learn How To Get The Right People Joining You’re Business Like Crazy!

Hey everyone I know you hate picking up the phone and calling leads but you absolutely need to be calling all your leads if you want to recruit more people! Trust me I know how you feel but that’s why I am going to show you some simple but effective strategies I learned from a very successful women who sponsor’s 10 people into her business just by using the phone! That’s crazy…..Even if you could only sponsor one new person into your business every single day just by using the phone don’t you think its worth learning? Absolutely!

I am going to be providing a long list of things to focus on, to become a master at recruiting on the phone. Then I will provide a demonstration script that is absolutely gold.

Number #1 You must check your attitude, body language, and most important authority this is very important. Now I am young father I learned that I needed to step up with the kind of authority that was kind of a commanding authority. I am not saying become a dictator I am not saying that at all lol. What I am saying is don’t take no for an answer or don’t mess with me attitude.

Wait Angel are you saying I have to be arrogant?

No, You can be very sweet, polite, kind, caring but still have authority that says don’t mess with me. My cousins grandfather is that way. He never spoke but boy, he just has this authority. I would not cross examine the guy. That’s exactly the kind of authority you want to have when your on the phone. I was working with some one in my down line on the phone, explaining this concept to him and he said ” But Angel I don’t have that kind of authority”. You know what I told him?  ” Well this where you have to put it on, Just like you put on your socks and pants today. Because if you would get on the phone with authority of a struggling entrepreneur who isn’t making money, how far do you think you will get?  Not very far my friend not very far and that’s reality. If you put on the attitude of a person who is desperate for the person to join your business, how far do you think you will get?  Not far at all….

Something has to change for you , OK this is how your attitude and your authority should be: You are running a muti-million dollar empire! Do you realize, that is exactly what you are building? You are building a multi-million dollar empire. You are no different than a CEO of IBM. Remember you are  building a muti- million dollar empire, You have product  developers, . You bought the following when you joined your network marketing business executive staff, product developers, legal counsel, graphic designer,web designers, and exct…. all that for the ridculis, small fee when you started your mlm business. What we got doesn’t even come close to adding up.

Your a business developer! Not a salesperson the sooner you realize that the better your results will be.You have to have the authority of a CEO your the founder of a company because your building a multi- million dollar enterprise. You are contracting people to help you build a multi-million dollar enterprise. That’s number #1 that has to happen first if your lost or didn’t understand leave a comment below.

Number #2 Decide what you are looking for. For example Bill Gates, imagine Bill Gates hiring. Ok he is doing interviews ( in a wimpy, nervous, pleading voice) “Please,please,please come to my meeting! It’s going to start at 7 o’ clock. Please, you will love it it, wait till you see. I am going to build a million dollar enterprise. Are you going to come? Please, please? That would never happen right? Would Bill Gates beg for you to join his business? Nooo! Then neither should you.

You should be looking for people with DESIRE, Not people with excuses. Not tire kickers. Look for people who want extraordinarily things with their lives. Look for people who are sick and tired of being broke, tired of living in a small house and so on….. That’s what your looking for DESIRE. Look for someone who wants to go to work, not for someone you have to beg to work. Yet we get challenge by those people and want to convince them to join our business. No! They need to stick to their J-O-B lol. They dont have what it takes to make it in this industry and honestly you don’t need them.

Number #3 You need a smile on the phone!  Grab a mirror, put it in front of the phone . This extremely important, I cant even tell you. It has people’s closing ratios raise by more than 50% by smiling. It changes posture completely changes your posture. Smiling says. I know where I’m going even if you don’t! Smiling says, I’m excited , I have energy! I am going over there with or without you. If you smile they will smile if they don’t or are negative get off the phone! You are looking for a fast 15 second no, you are looking for the quickest way to get off the phone with someone negative. Don’t waste your time with people with excuses. How you start the phone call can really make a diffrence on where the call goes so remediable to  smile.

Number #4 You need to have energy on the phone. I don’t mean talk like you have been drinking coffee all morning. But you have to raise it up a little bit. Make sure your tonality is confident even if you are nervous.

Number #5 You need to realize what you are not! You are not a sales person, you are not a telemarketer. This is not a telling and selling business. You are business developer the sooner you realize that then all of a sudden you have a whole different game plan. Here is a little tip to practice. Record yourself  listen to how you sound. If you sound like a telemarketer change your format completely. Because you don’t want to come across as a salesperson they will immediately tune out everything you have to say.

Number #6 Be yourself! You have to remember to be yourself and not someone you are not don’t be fake. Build relationship with the person its what I cal “Friends First”. The whole goal is to build friendship with the person on the other end of the call. I start my conversation off in a very friendly way and that builds trust right away. If they trust you they will join you in this business venture so don’t be fake.
