Does Mass Submitting Your Article -Do More Harm Than Good?

If you have been mass submitting your articles to directories I would think twice before I hit the submit button again.
If you think your time is valuable and don’t want to be wasting your time and your hard earned cash and start focusing on methods that will help you, then you need to read this.

I know there are a lot of hard headed people out there so if you don’t believe me then do the research yourself. I would like to hear your response.

You got to remember that Times change- and Rules Change. Google doesn’t like being tricked or having their algorithms taken advantage of. So Google will not kick back and leave the doors open for you to fool them into thinking your article is better than someone else’s.
Many people think that mass submission to article directories is not tricking Google. It doesn’t really matter because Google does and we all know that Google is the Boss.

So let’s get down to why submitting articles to 300-500 directories does more harm than good.
I hear many people say that mass submitting to articles is bad because of a duplicate content penalty. There is no such thing as duplicate content penalty so don’t even sweat over that my friends because it doesn’t exist. That’s a whole other article I’ll write about later.

When you try to spread your content and pollute the internet with same information 20 million times.
What happens is; if Google’s spider bots find duplicate content on more than one domain, They gather all those pages into a virtual “bucket”

Then they screen through all the pages in that bucket and choose which one they will be displaying in the SERPs-  That’s not even including the algorithm which makes the decision where you will rank in the SERPs for the keywords you chose.

The bucket is re-analyzed at different intervals.
So this is the point you should ask yourself….. Should I be wasting my time and cash by submitting the same article to 500 directories when you know Google is only going to display one of the pages at the end.
I have a list of directories I focus on and follow a simple formula that brings great results. I will be writing a article on that later.

This allows you to focus on important things rather than the submission process.
I know a lot of you guys use mass submitting for back- link purposes but to be honest and from experience on my other sites the back links are discounted by Google except for the one in the Bucket that is being placed in the SERPs. And most of the links coming from the other 100,000 sites are mostly poor quality links.

So do what you think is right I am not forcing you to stop mass submitting I am just trying to save you time and money!  Let me know what you think?
